I believe the ultimate ACT app has been developed, creating an indispensable tool for coaches and clinicians working with ACT, as well as their clients.

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a scientifically supported mindfulness-based behavioral therapy that has been validated by over 100 published peer-reviewed studies. Its effectiveness has been demonstrated in treating various clinical issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as enhancing mental well-being and performance.

In terms of privacy, ACT Companion prioritizes user confidentiality by encrypting all personal data entered into the app. This information is only used for backup purposes and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
