Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a scientifically supported mindfulness-based behavioral therapy that has been validated by over 100 published peer-reviewed studies. Its effectiveness has been demonstrated in treating various clinical issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as enhancing mental well-being and performance.
